Using the resume inbox
Our resume inbox feature allows you to email resumes into CATS using a unique email address to your site. Resumes are parsed and added to your database within a few minutes.
Accessing your Resume Inbox
To view your resume inbox history for up to 3 days, navigate to the Candidates grid within CATS and then click the breadcrumb dropdown to select the Resume Inbox view.
Click the Read more about how it works link towards the bottom of the card to see your own account's unique resume inbox address.
You are able to send up to 5 resumes per email. Each attachment found will be parsed and treated as a unique candidate.
Supported file formats
- Microsoft Word Documents (.doc, .docx)
- Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf)
- Rich Text Format (.rtf)
- HTML Web Pages (.html)
- Plain Text Files (.txt)
Add to Job Order Pipeline
To add candidates directly to a job pipeline, add the Title, Job ID or the value in the job's Company Job ID field to the email subject line. When viewing a job order, the ID can be found to the right of the title.
