Merging duplicate records
While we do our best to prevent duplicate records, sometimes they are able to slip through the cracks and into your site. Because of this, we give you a tool to merge up to 10 duplicate records at once.
To do this, go to the grid where the duplicates exist. For example, if you know that two duplicate candidates exist, go to the candidates page and run a search for their name or any other means to get both records in the search result. Select the check boxes next to the records you'd like to marge and click the Actions drop-down at the bottom left corner of the grid followed by the Merge as Duplicate Records option.
From here, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the merge. Be sure to have the parent record on top when merging as all records below will merge into that record. Click Merge Records when ready to complete the merge.
