User access levels
CATS was designed as a collaborative system, meaning most of your data can be seen and shared within your company. However, users can be set to several different kinds of access levels to restrict access:
Controls all settings of the site and change billing information.
Administrator (No Billing Access)
Controls all settings of the site, but cannot see or change billing information.
Can perform all add, edit, and delete actions, but cannot change site-wide settings or access billing information.
Can perform all add and edit actions, but cannot change site-wide settings or access billing information.
Can see all Candidates, Jobs, Activities, Contacts, and Companies (if applicable), but cannot add or edit any data.
Sourcer (Recruiter version only)
Has add/edit level access for candidates and job orders. However, sourcers can only see the job orders that are assigned to them or another sourcer. Companies, contacts, and settings are not accessible for sourcers.
Hiring Manager (HR version only)
Available to direct employers only, hiring managers are able to see only jobs and candidates that are shared with them. They can approve or decline jobs or candidates as part of your workflow.
