I accidentally deleted a record, can I get it restored?

As a policy, CATS does not restore any deleted data once it has been deleted. We do have a number of notices in place to prevent accidental deletions, and unfortunately, we aren't able to pull development team members away from current projects in order to process these sorts of accidental operations.
