Webhooks

A web application implementing WebHooks will post a message to a URL when certain things happen. When a web application enables users to register their own URLs, the users can then extend, customize, and integrate that application with their own custom extensions or even with other applications around the web.

CATS works with outgoing webhooks, allowing custom integrations easily. Whenever a candidate's information is updated in CATS it will automatically be sent to chosen URLs in real time.

Note: Based on your current plan, you may be able to turn on the integration, but you would not be able to utilize it from the Events & Webhooks section. You would need to upgrade your account in order to activate it.

Setup Guide

1. Click your avatar icon in the top right corner of CATS > Administration.
2. Click Integrations.
3. Turn on the WebHooks integration
4. Click your avatar icon in the top right corner of CATS > Administration.
5. Click Events & Webhooks
6. In the Webhooks card, click Add Webhook.
7. Select the event occurrence you wish the webhook to post for and the URL you want to post to.
8. Click Add Webhook to save.
