EEO Reporting
CATS can track and report on EEO-1, VEVRAA, and 503 (Final Rule) information.
First, you'll want to be sure that the proper settings are enabled. You'll find the settings for this in the Settings > Administration > EEO-1/503/VEVRAA area.
Next, make sure the EEO questions are listed on your career portal. When creating/editing a job, scroll down to the Applications section and be sure an application that has the EEO questions is checked (by default, this is called "EEO-1 Compliance Questionnaire).
To run reports on this information, go to the Reports > Affirmative Action area.
