What is my subdomain?

Subdomain is what appears before catsone.com in your site's url.

It is a unique identifier for your company, chosen at signup, used to generate your company-specific login page, as well as your career portal.

You may need this information when logging in to your site, or when signing in to our browser extension or various plugins.

For example, a subdomain of "acme" would result in the following:

1) When prompted for your subdomain, simply put "acme" (without quotes).

2) A log in page of https://acme.catsone.com/.

3) A career portal address of http://acme.catsone.com/careers.

If you forgot your subdomain, you can  request a password reset or contact support.
