Backup your account
While we maintain daily backups for all of our customers, you can generate a backup of your data on-demand and download it to your computer.
To backup your data, navigate to the Settings > Administration > Account Backup location within CATS. Choose whether or not you want your attachments (resumes, cover letters, etc...) included and click Create New Backup to generate your account backup.
Include attachments allows the backup to compress all documents related to your records. This can increase the backup size dramatically, and we only recommend turning this on if you plan on moving your data elsewhere.
Include Email allows the backup to produce a table with all email activity in CATS. This can increase the backup size dramatically, and we only recommend turning this on if you plan on moving your data elsewhere.
Your backup will be generated behind the scenes. When the backup is complete a link to download it will appear in the Recent Backups section of the account backup page.
